DAAD - German Academic Exchange Service

The German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD - Deutscher Akadamischer Austauschdienst) offers funding possibilities for students and researchers currently affiliated with a US university.

US citizenship is not an eligibility requirement.

• Internships for Undergraduates
• RISE Germany (10-12 weeks) – paid summer internship at a German research lab for students in the STEM fields; knowledge of German not required.

• RISE professional (10-12 weeks) – paid summer internship at a German company for students in the STEM fields; knowledge of German not required.
